Michigan was incredible with 2 commissionings, one at House of Prayer and one at My Hope Church(Pastor Matt Mangan.) It was a great mens conference on "VISION", with Pastor Michael Tenpenney & Pastor Tim Cross..Commissioned man Lanny McCord has been so faithful over the years and is building quite an army for God. Gary Mayhew is taking the Majoring Men Curriculum with Scotty Barnes, Forgiven Ministry, to the fathers incarcerated in Michigan prisons. And bringing their children in for "One Day with God' camps.Now Gary has more commissioned men to teach these hungry men of God.
Pastor Tenpenney stayed over for the mens conference, Feb 5 & commissioning at Pennway Church of God with Pastor John Davey. Another life changing day as women testified of God's grace & life changing power in their husbands lives.
I want to thank all the men, especially Jim Sproul & Jose Gomez at Pennway for their faithfulness. You made the conference excellent!
I wanted to get you an update to what God is doing through Faithful Men ministries. God is faithful. II Timothy 2:2 "And the [instructions] which you have heard from me along with many witnesses, transmit and entrust [as a deposit] to reliable and faithful men who will be competent and qualified to teach others also." Two key words, entrust & qualified.
Through Edwin Cole and many sons this word on faithfulness has been "entrusted" to us so we can make disciples or qualify others to teach, mentor & multiply to fulfill the "Great Commission."
I will write another blog as soon as I can to report the miracle of God, once again, taking something that was meant for bad and turning it to good. The miracle I need is new tissue, new flesh and healing for the tendons and bones in my feet. I have been in the hospital since Feb.3 after I left Flint Michigan. As a result of several serious infections in my foot, surgeons have done 3 surgeries on my left foot removing most of the tissue from around the bones & tendons. Many of you have been praying & believing with Betty and my family and I thank God for you, keep it up..
I am ready for my miracle!
